1. Wrong Item Sent

If the model you receive doesn't match the product description or technical specifications, we offer a hassle-free replacement or full refund upon your request. Kindly report any discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by supporting images or videos. Note that slight variations in product color may occur due to manufacturing upgrades.

2. Item Damage

Should you discover any damage to your product upon delivery, we're committed to offering you a prompt solution. You're entitled to a full replacement or refund, provided you report the damage within 72 hours of receiving the item, along with supporting documentation.

3. Defective/Incomplete Product Received

In the rare event of receiving a defective or incomplete product, we offer multiple resolution options tailored to your preference. Whether you prefer a full refund, replacement, or availability of spare parts, we're here to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please report any defects within 72 hours of delivery, supported by images or videos.

Note: For prompt assistance, kindly share an opening/unboxing video with our customer support team when raising concerns.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a full refund for cancellation requests made before product dispatch.

2. If you need to cancel your order after dispatch, a nominal courier fee will be charged.

5 Refund Process

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, typically via a payment gateway or electronic funds transfer. In the case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated through NEFT bank transfer. To expedite the process, kindly provide your bank details, including:

- Account Number:
- Account Holder Name:
- IFSC Code:

Rest assured, we strive to ensure that refunds are processed within 4-5 working days, allowing you to shop with confidence.
Return requested has to be intiated within 7days from the date os receiving the order.
